Default Adding calender in a combo box

I am trying to add a dropdown calender on a contact page. anyone can help i
would be in debt. (like you see in the defalt contact page under birthdays)

Default Adding calender in a combo box

There is no Calendar control provided by Outlook. However, there's a free
one you can download and use:

CCRP DateTime Picker Control for VB6:
