Default How to prevent Outlook from caching data in forms from public fold

Hi
I've made a costumized form, which resides in a public folder.
The problem is:
User "A" opens an item. Outlook reads in the data in the form. User "A"
saves an exits the form.
Now user "B" opens the same item, fill in some data and save the item.
User "A" again opens the item, but can't see the chenges, that user "B" did
make.
If User "A" now writes something in the form and saves it, he and User "B"
will receive a conflict message.
But if User "A" in stead had closed and reopened outlook before opening the
item for the second time - Then User "A" would see the changes that User "B"
had mede.
So it seem that Outlook is caching the data.
How can i prevent this to happen, so outlook allways will retrieve the data
from the server.
We are using outlook 2003 and exchange server 2000.

Open up your email account definition for Exchange and look for the check box
that says to use Outlook in cached mode. Uncheck the box. You may need to
have the other users do the same.

Hi Hollis, Thank you for your answere.

Unfortunately was the checkbox already unchecked.
So i hope there will be another solution.
I also tried to delete the frmcache, while outlook was still running. That
did not help.
So i think the information about the data might reside in memory.
Restarting outlook seems to force a reload of the data in the form. But I
don't think the employees will like that solution

There doesn't seem to be a way to get Outlook to reload all its data, short
of closing it down. I suspect that the real source of the problem lies in
how Exchange manages data. You should probably as the question in the
Exchange management newsgroup.
