Default Subject Line?

Hello All,
I have created a form that has a drop down box that auto populates the
subject line. Is there a way to have the subject line to have the word URGENT
or STAT in red in the subject line if it is chosen from the combobox and is
anything other that URGENT or STAT to be normal "Black in color"?

Code would be helpful and appreacited.

Thanks,
Lime
