Default How to Suppress Address and Name details dialog box through VBScript

Hi,
Can anybody guide me how to suppress/hide the dialog/display box to enter Name details (that displays Title, First name etc. text boxes to enter), and, Check Address details(that displays Street, City etc. text boxes to enter) through Code/VB Script.
