Hello,
I'm having trouble auto populating the subject line in my form. In the subject text box properties "Value tab" I have [Member State] in the formula, and it works but I can not seem to get any other values add to the line. I tried [Member State] & [Member ID] But it does not work, Am I missing something? |

Does [Member ID] work by itself?

no I can only get [Member State] to work. I looked in all fields and I have
