I designed a form that has a bunch of text boxes for a simple yes/no filter
for finding contacts for specific purposes. Anyways, I have a custom view I made so I could see all the fields wether they are "yes" or "no". But I can just easily click the field and add a check there. I know I can remove the permissions for editing the contact, but I need my end users to be able to edit the contact once it is open, but not modify the check boxes when using my custom view. How do I fix that? Also, is there anyway to filter contacts and send a e-mail to a highlighted group of them? |
