Default Adding field for users to accept more than one date choice in mtg

Dear Experts,

I am trying to create a meeting request that will allow users/invitees to
choose one of many date options to attend a meeting.

Is there a way to set thsi up using VBA, Macros, or any other form feature?

Thank you.
