adding area code when synchronizing with mobile

I use Outlook 2007 to synch my contacts with my blackberry. Starting 1/1/10
we have to use the local area code even when I am calling locally. Most of
my local numbers saved in outlook just have the 7 digit number without the
area code. Is there a way to add the area code to all phone numbers in
outlook that do not have an existing area code?

So you want to change the format for existing Contacts?
No. Not really. This is the best you can do:
