I recently imported some data into Outlook 2002. The data was from a
..csv file and consisted of a list names and email addresses. I imported it successfully into a subfolder of contacts called "contacts-realtor". The names and the email addresses appear to be correct when I look at them in the contacts list, and have been imported into the correct fields, i.e. "Name" and "Email". However, when I try to send an email to anyone in the list, their email address will not appear in the "To" line. Instead, I get a period when I select the person to be emailed, and then semicolons for the rest, nothing else. It seems like it's bringing the email address from another, blank field somehow. Any suggestions? |
