How do I add multiple email addresses in one step vs 1 at a time?
I have about 30 email addresses seperated by commas. They are not in my
address book yet, But I only want to add them as a distribution list

Select that list and copy the selection. Open the DL, click Select Members, and paste the selection into the Members field. Click OK. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
