Default Display as and duplicates

Somehow with a recent upgrade to Outlook 2003 most of my contacts now have
their "display as" set to their e-mail address. Is there any way to change
them all so that they display by name and not e-mail with out having to do
each one individually?

Also, somehow I managed to import my address book twice so I now have
duplicates of every contact. Is there any easy way to solve this problem with
out manually deleting them?

Thanks!!

See http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/emaildisplayname.htm

For dupes: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts_dups.asp - several will
merge the dupes into one, includes contacts scrubber.
