Default Outlook 2003 Contacts don't show in address book

I recently migrated Outlook 03 to a new laptop & I can't seem to get my
contact folder to show up as an address book. I've followed all the
customary instructions, but the check box to "Show this folder as an
e-mail Address Book" is not available.

When I moved from my old laptop (Windows XP Professional) to my new
laptop (Windows Vista 64-bit) I copied over the .pst file. The only
thing I can think of is that I made a slight change to my laptop's user
name. I used my first & last name on the old laptop, and just my first
name on the new laptop. Could that be causing the problem since the
path name is different? If so, how do I fix it?

"I've followed all the customary instructions" tells us nothing. Until you
tell us precisely what you did, we have no way of figuring out what you did
wrong.
