can you modify owners category in contacts as a delegate?
I am a delegate to a few people and have owner rights. I am not able to modify categories for their contacts. Is that correct?

With the full mailbox access set in AD (you need SendAs and ReceiveAs rights) you should be able to create and delete categories from their master category list if they use Outlook 2007. -- Best regards Michael Bauer - MVP Outlook : Outlook Categories?
