I have been using Outlook 2007 for several years on my desktop using
IMAP. I just switched to an exchange server and started using the OWA
2003. I also reconfigured my Outlook 2007 desktop from IMAP to exchange.
When I send an email from Outlook 2007, I'm able to look up my contacts
that are stored on my desktop. When I am using OWA 2003, I only have
access to the global contacts, but my personal contacts are not on the
exchange. I could input each contact manually into the exchange, but I
was hoping there was a way to transfer all the contacts in bulk from
Outlook 2007 to OWA 2003. In hindsight I realize that I should have
posted on exchange forum. Thanks.

OWA has no access to anything on your PC. It is strictly mailbox access.
Access your Exchange mailbox with the real Outlook client and copy the
contents of your personal Contacts folder to the Contacts folder in the
mailbox if you want to see them in OWA.
