Try the Calendar instead and adjust the settings to suit you. Click
CALENDAR, then VIEW on the menu then look at the various options in there. Outlook is much more flexible in that Calendar screen than in Outlook Today. You can also decide how many days of the Calendar you see. Regards Judy Gleeson MVP Outlook www.judygleeson.com www.deskdoctors.com Are you sick of bad email practice? Get a copy of my paper "Implementing Email Policy" from the Desk Doctors website. "Jim5941" wrote in message ... Ok ... sorry maybe this is another stupid NOOB question if so sorry (After using Lotus Organizer for many years you will have to excuse me ;-) I am running Outlook 2007 on Vista Ultimate with all patches (as of last week at least). When I open Outlook and it is in the default "Outlook Today" view the Calendar shows in the middle column with a list of events for the next several days. "Multi-Day events" either all-day or just secheduled times only show up on the First day of the event .... and the listing does not repeat on subsequent days. If I go into the "customize view" window the only customization option for the calender section is to select how many days worth of events to display. ..... Is there a way to get multi-day events to post to all days they occur in this view? THANKS! |
