Default set options display email column on outlook 2007

all my contact email addresses also contain SMTP and repeats contact name.
How do I set display to eliminate this

Default set options display email column on outlook 2007

You mean the display name is Contact_name (email_address)? You'll need to
edit each contact. See
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/emaildisplayname.htm for a code sample to
change the display for emailaddress1.
