I need to create a public customer contact folder that will Sync with our CRM
program. The problem is that not everyone in our office has access to the CRM program, or needs it, but there is a need for just about everyone to have access to the individual contact information, with "read only" permissions. I will be maintaining the master file and making all changes and updates, but I need the folder to sync with CRM, to reflect all updates, changes, additions, etc. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. |
