Can't add new folder under the contact
Hi there,
My customer had granted access to my contacts. She can add new contacts but can't add a new folder. The selection is gray. I set "editor" permission for her in tools\options\delegates\contact on my outlook. The outlook version is OL2002. Thank you -- Working Hard
