Could anyone explain why this is doing this and why it does not automatically update the autocomplete with the new distribution list information and is there a different way around this without deleting the entry out of the autocomplete? -Thanks The autocomplete list is flat list of addresses. Older ones will be deleted when you hit 2000 addresses, but its not smart enough to see that you have two with the same name and replace the new one with the old one. It keeps both addresses and eventually the old one might age off due to non-use. -- Slipstick 'Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center' (http://www.slipstick.com) 'Outlook Tips' (http://www.outlook-tips.net/) http://forums.slipstick.com |
