Default Distribution groups and updating them

I'll try to clear here...

I created a dist group called "everyone" on SBS 2003 so when people in my
organization want to send an email to "everyone" they don't have to create a
dist group.

Of course, employees have left, and we have new ones. I updated "everyone"
on the server and now, the dist group has not updated in a user's outlook
account.

How do I go about doing this? That is, getting everyone's outlook contacts
updated with the new dist group?

If you've made a Distribution List in the GAL, then they shouldn't need it in
their Contacts.

Thanks Brian,

So I'm clear, the GAL would be found in SBS where? I'm not clear on this
one, obviously.

Either there or in Active Directory.
