My Outlook 2003 contacts number well over 2000. I use categories instead of
DLs for mailings and other tasks. I recently was given a BlackBerry Storm at work which connects to Outlook via an Exchange Server. My problem is that i'm on the road alot and need to send emails to lists of contacts. The Storm, or Exchange Server, won't let me access by category for mailings so I'm trying to figure out a workaround. The only thing I can think of is creating DLs that I'd populate with the most frequently used categories. I'm trying to figure out some way of importing categorized address cards into a new DL without clicking one by one through 2,000 contacts. As I understand it, the BlackBerry will see the distribution list. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks Ed |
