User A would like to share a set of contacts with User B that is separate
from her main Contact folder. Below is the procedure that I followed but User B still does not see User A's contacts. What am I doing wroing? User A: 1) Create a new Contact folder & move/create the required contacts in the new folder 2) Right-click the new Contact folder & select Sharing 3) Add User B & assign Reviewer permission 4) Right-click the Mailbox & select Sharing 5) Add User B & assign Folder visible permission User B: Add User A’s Mailbox into their view: Tools Email Accounts View or change existing e-mail accounts Change More Settings Advanced Add |

If the contacts folder is a subfolder, the folder it is in also needs to

Thanks Diane - I made the main Contacts folder visiible & now it works.
