Default File As problem

I want to import a database into Outlook contacts and have it saved in "File
As" by compny name. I have set up a new contacts folder and set the default
"File As" to company, however when I import the database, Outlook sorts by
last name rather than by company name. Is there any way of getting Ouylook to
(1) save it as I wish when I import the file and / or (2) change it in bulk
after it has been imported. The database is 1900 companies so I don't want to
go through and have to change each contact individualy.
