Default Auto-Populate Address Book

Hi,
Myself Madan.
I want to know about Address book
I have lots of email in my inbox.
I want to gather email id from inbox and add in Address Book by clicking on
button or making some setting.
If i add one by one email id to address book than it will take lots of time.
So i want to auto-populate my address book with email id's from my inbox.
Please help me with Suggestion
