Outlook address book 2003

It appears you did not connect your PST correctly to your mail profile and your Outlook Address Book service needs adjusting. With Outlook closed, open the Mail applet in Control Panel. Click the E-mail Accounts button, select "View or change existing directories or address books" and click Next. Select the Outlook Address Book service and click Change. Remove all references there. Then open Outlook and right-click your Contacts folder. Choose Properties, select the Outlook Address Book tab and check the box labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book". -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
