Mark message for Follow up duplicated in To-Do Bar
When I mark a message with a follow up flag in Outlook 2007 SP1 MSO, and
then move the item into a folder (this is using an IMAP connection to an external mail provider), I end up getting x number of items in the task list (x being the number of folders into which the message is placed [including inbox]).... is there a way to make only one item per mail message appear? TIA rob huston |

the folders are in Outlook? No, you can't stop it. flag it after you move
copies (not that making several copies in different folders is a good idea). -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
