In Outlook 2007, I have created a "VIEW" that I named "Last Name First Name."
The View sorts the Contacts by Last Name and then by First Name. However, it sometimes seem that the second sort gets dropped, so that the View then only sorts by Last Name. However, I did not manually change the View, so I don't know why or how the second sort got dropped by Outlook. How can I make the View permanent and unable to be changed, so that whenver I apply it, it will automatically sort the Contacts by last name and then by first name? I will appreciate advice. |
