We are perplexed by the lack of usual Context Menu Items under Contacts'
Action Menu. On an individual Contact card, the Action menu no longer
offers the task 'New Business Contact from the Same Company.' We reinstalled
Office Small Business Edition 2003, but the option still does not appear.

"No longer?" So you changed something. What happened just before "no
longer?"
That option does not exist in Outlook and to my recollection never has. Are
you using something else like Business Contact Manager?
Normally one accesses the "New Contact from Same Company" option from the
Contacts Folder's Action menu. What do you see there?
