Default message had an error and synchronization of it was skipped(0x80040

I have two users getting this message. They are on Exchange 2003 sharing
thier boss's calendar and they are not able to view all of the contacts.

The user is using Outlook 2007 w/ Exchange 2003 rights to view the contacts
for her boss.
