One of our users has a huge distribution list they created (est at 600
names). When they try to add more names to this list, they get the following error message; "400 - Your request can't be completed because of a communication error". I did find an article (Q238569) which talks about a "Distribution list has reached its max" errror msg. But we do not get this message, only the one I mentioned. I had the user create a new distribution list and they were able to add additional users to the new list. Guess I'm just looking to see if their original list has reached its max so I can tell them that's the case. Hope someone can help me out. |

Brian,
Thanks for your response. Yes, that is the exact error message received. 400 Your request can't be completed because of a communication error. The message pops up in a small windows with Windows Internet Explorer as the window's title. When she created a new distribution list, the names that she couldn't add to the original distribution list went into the new list with no problem. I created a list from my login and had no problem adding names to my list as well. "Brian Tillman [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: "Jim in Cleveland" wrote in message ...
