Hi, I want to be able to edit the properties in email addresses which come up
via Autocomplete. When I right click the inserted email name/address, I get a pop up box called ["name" Properties] which has tabs called General/Organisation/Phone Notes/Email addresses. This content is not consistent with the person's contact details in their contact card. None of this content in the ["name" Properties] box is editable or deletable. How do I change this where this content (eg names mispelt, wrong alias) needs to be changed. Outlook 2002 / XP Professional. Thanks for any help (new user) |

... Hi, I want to be able to edit the properties in email addresses which come up via Autocomplete. I don't think that's possible without a commercial third-party tool. The autocomplete cache doesn't reference your Contacts in any way. A tool that should do what you want can be found he http://www.ingressor.com/desktop.htm -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
