I have Office 2007, I have to save my business contacts in the CONTACT field
so that they will sink with by Blackberry. Is there a way to keep my contacts in alphabetical order by company so that everytime I change fields and go back to the contact folder they are still listed by company instead of by name? |

Post is far to unclear. We have no idea to what view you are referring. We
have no idea what you mean by "save my contacts in the CONTACT field." That makes no sense. Clarify your post please. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Harris Services" Harris wrote in message ... I had originally started entering my business contacts into the Business
Contact Manager under the contacts area of Outlook. When I needed to look up a contact they were in alphabetical order under company name. I recently purchased a Blackberry and to sinc my contacts I had to move all of the database into the My Contacts field. Blackberry will not sinc the Business Contact Manager information. In moving my business contacts under the My Contacts heading it lists them in alphabetical order based on the persons last name. I want to view them in alphabetical order based on the company name. I am able to change this under the TOOLS drop down but it reverts back to alphabetical order based on last name every time I change screens, ie. look at mail or calendar. Is there a way to keep the contacts listed in alphabetical order by company? "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Post is far to unclear. We have no idea to what view you are referring. Do you mean your Contacts Folder? There is no such thing as a Contacts
field. You still have not specified what view you are using. Just configure that view to display as you wish. We can't help you without that information. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Harris Services" wrote in message ... Yes I did mean the contacts folder. I don't understand what you mean by
"what view you are using." "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Do you mean your Contacts Folder? There is no such thing as a Contacts field. You still have not specified what view you are using. There are 8 pre-defined views of the Contacts Folder and countless custom
views. Which are you using? If you don't know, look at View Current View. There's a good chance the view you want already exists. If not, you can easily create one. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Harris Services" wrote in message ... Yes I did mean the contacts folder.
