Default Outlook 2003 View and Print Columns Question

I am using Outlook 2003 and am having trouble setting print margins.

Here is what I am trying to do:
I want to be able to fix either my view or my print margins so that what I
see onscreen are the same columns that will fit on one page width (number of
pages rows doesn't matter) when I print.
Excel?

Is there a way to set the print margins to fit to one page wide, like you
can do in
I've tried page setup, setting the right and left margins to the max (.25"),
but that doesn't help.
I can't find a way to reduce print size. When I use the printer options to
print at 80%, for instance, all that happens is the same amount of columns
still print but they just take up less room on the page.

I have managed to get all the fields to print on one page width by reducing
the width of the fields, but I have to keep adjusting one field, doing a
print preview, then adjusting the second page, do another print preview, and
so on.

It seems like there must be a way to do this. I have my internet options
print selections set to .25" also, by the way.

I'm kind of new and I am posting this in both General and Contacts forums
because I'm not sure which would be the best place.

Thank you.
