Outlook contacts as data source

Can I use another person's Outlook contacts as a data source for Word merge?
I work for an organization that uses Outlook. If I could use his contacts
for creating mailing lables from my computer life would be much easier. But
his contact folder is not visible when I do the merge even if I am given
"owner" permission.

AFAIK, no. But you can verify in the mail merge group.
