Odd question. There is no address book in Outlook. All data resides in your
Contacts Folder. The address book is just another view of your Contacts Folder. You do not have an Outlook question. Your question is for whomever supports your PDA. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "outlook help" outlook wrote in message ... I have been given a Sharp organiser. 2004. Do you currently use Outlook as your email client? If so, which version?
