I have Outlook 2003 SP3
In my Contacts Outlook, Under General Tab, on the large window in the right hand of the page, where you write the Notes and general information and other things that you want about the contact, the paragraph lines sometime come double and 1.5, when you copy the information from a website or from another location (like an address or some other information that you might want to keep there), and then paste the information on that window. You can change the pasted fonts and the fonts sizes using the toolbar above, but I don't see anything there and neither in the Customize Dialog Box that I can use to change the spaces between the lines to "one". It seems that this is not possible. Or it is? Is this re-spacing possible in some way that I am not aware of? (I.E., Some of the Word's formatting capabilities are missing here in Outlook, or these might be hidden somewhere there?). Is the new 2007 Outlook with a format toolbar or tools to do this? Thanks in advance. |
