Default outlook 2003 contact link inside of contacts is missing?

In Outlook 2003 (CONTACTS) at the bottom of the notes field there was a
button also called "CONTACTS" and it would take me directly to another
contact. Its now missing in 2007, does anyone know how I can get it back?

EXAMPLE: If I had a contact for my mother-in-law, I could add a direct link
to the place where she works, my bother or sister-in -law, or misc. other.
