I would like to have a field for each of my outlook contacts to keep track of
how customers/contacts have found me. (ie: internet, personal referral, location, phone book, etc.) and I would like to have this field show up on the General or Details Tab when I open each individual contact (what is this view called, when you have 1 individual contact open?). I am about to import about 700 contacts into Outlook 2003 from an excel spreadsheet, where the 'source' is already listed. I noticed a "referred by" field in the custom mapping, and wouldn't mind using that, but I have only been able to figure out how to change 1 contact at a time, and only able to insert this field into the 'all fields' tab. any info is greatly appreciated. |
