The "import program?" What is that?
You must export the contacts form these various programs into a format that
Outlook can import. There is no "import program" to "download." Just look in
Outlook's Import Wizard to see what formats it can import.

Also, you will note that Outlook can import directly from Outlook Express if
it is also installed on the same partition. For the other programs you will
have to export your contacts to a file format that Outlook can import.

I am having the same issue...I think the problem is on the hotmail side, not
the Outlook side. I can see how to import the files on Import/Export on
Outlook, but I can't tell how to download the hotmail contacts into an
importable file. Any ideas?

Go into Contacts in Hotmail, click on Options on the right-hand side and
there's an option to export to a CSV.
