deleted contact lost via activesync-retrieval?
I need to retrieve a deleted contact lost via activesync, accidentally
deleted the contacts on the phone and then sycronised and it wiped them from the PC aswell! -is there anyway to recover these contacts?

Changes made by synchronization are generally not reversible. That's why

Thanks Russ - I have found this out today, checked lots of the forums etc and

Sure. Just make sure you continue to make frequent backups. They really do
