Default Junk e-mail

I am currently experiencing problems with Outlook 2007 junk mail. When I put
a particular contact in my safe senders list, any future mails still go into
my junk e-mail box. I have checked my rules settings so to ensure that there
is no conflict of interest. I have also selcted the 'Not Junk Mail setting
but to no avail.
This does not happen with one particular sender but with many. I think
therefore it may be a problem with the junk email filter not working
properly, as I know there were problems with earlier versions of Outlook. I
am currently using Windows Vista 64 Home Edition.
Grateful if anybody can offer assistance.

Try removing the most recent Junk E-mail update and check again. If that
changes the befavior, reapply the update and see if it works then.
