Can't Open this item - The operation failed.
I've had instances where a contact in my Outlook folder will display the
subject error message. Is there anyway to fix this?

"I've had instances" doesn't give us much to go on as far as steps to repro

I have a public folder that contains customer information. For some reason,
one of the contact files could not be opened and displayed the subject message. Have you had this happen before? No idea. Issues with Public Folders are far more often Exchange issues than
