Hello-
I'm trying to send a distribution list via email. Both systems are running Outlook 2003 SP3. When I send the file I do this: 1- Start new message, change the format to rich text 2- Go to Insert, then Item. Browse to Contacts and select my distribution list. Click OK to add as attachment. 3- Address the message and send it out. My problem is on the receiving end. It shows up as a .msg file. Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks for your help, Andy |
