I have re-install XP with format. I did not backup my .pst file. Prior to
my re-install I was able to routinely sync my Outlook Contacts with my
Blackberry so it now contains my Contacts.

After installing Office 2003 I installed Outlook Connector to access my
network emails with Outlook. I then found that Blackberry's Desktop Manager
does not support Outlook Connector.

When I un-install Outlook Connector to Sync my Contacts, my Outlook will not
open.
I get a message relating to not finding msncon.dll.

I need help.

You removed the connector but did not remove the email account. Start with a
new profile - Control panel, mail - and add the acct type you need.
