You can easily sort any list view of your Contacts by any field you have
added to the headers of that view. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "crazy old man" crazy old wrote in message ... I added a zip code field in the table view, but since the zip code in part of
the address field, how to get the zip code info into the zip code field I created. I guess I can type in the zip codes for the 759 existing contacts. Can a zip code field be added to the new contact form so that the zip code can be inserted to the zip code field in the table?? ![]() The zip code does not appear in a separate field in the address. The address sort starts with the street number then name. Can a separtate zip code field be added to the new contact??
