When sending a message using Office 2003 when I enter a name in the 'to'
field it calls up a lot of names not in my 'contacts list / address book'. Some of these addresses are wrong. But I cannot find them to change or delete them. Where are they stored? Also names are automatically stored in this 'unknown' address book. |

Answered daily.
Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of the field.
