Default Outlook 2007 fails to export Contacts "file as" field

Running Outlook 2007 on Vista.
I am able to export Contacts, but regardless of the export format, the "File
As" field is missing.
My goal is to synchronize the Contacts on my office computer with those on
my home computer (Outlook 2007 on XP) by exporting from one and importing to
the other - but the operation is hampered by the missing "File As" field. And
if I import, it defaults to ordinary lastname firstname, which is
unsatisfactory because I have customized the entries in the File As field.
Any suggestions are welcome!
Thanks.

That's because File As is a derived field (generated from other fields) and
is not a field of its own.

A singularly poor way to accomplish the goal.

Importing and exporting is a good way to guarantee that you will lose data.
See the ideas here instead: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.asp
