Outlook 2003 cant access .contact files in Vista Contacts folder.
I have Office 2003. It used to be able to access .contact files in my
Contacts folder with Outlook. I have Vista Home Premium and recently changed to 64 bit but now my .contact files no longer show up in Outlook.

Vista has a folder colled Contacts, the files there use the extention .contact

When I did I think I was asked if I used Outlook. Aneyway, after the transfer I had a folder filled with .contact files. The next time I ran outlook all those same phone# and emal addresses were there. When I reloaded vista I thought copying the .contact files back would be enough....I was wrong. Maby your wright and another file was created when I sent the phone book from my cell....I dont know. All I know is that my peoples information was there and now there not.
