share outlook distribution list
I maintain distibution lists for sending email to everyone in the company.
When I try to share it with other users as I would a contact via email, the person recieving it recieves it as an attachment, opens it and sees the distribution list just as I do. But, when the click save and close, it does not show up in the contact list. We are not using Exchange. We are using office 07 and some 03
