Default Outlook Contacts Archiving

I want to archive old clients that are in my Contacts database. Can I archive
that individual contact or do I have to archive the entire database? Also in
order to keep my Inbox clean I created subfolders under shared docs folder
for each active client and moved emails pertaining to that client into that
subfolder. But now I want to archive one of those clients. I also want to
delete it's subfolder but when I do this will the emails that are in the
archive folder be assesible again since they had been moved to a folder that
is now deleted?

Version?
Do you already have an archive.pst folder? Look in the Folder list view for
it.

Contacts will not Autoarchive - but you can make a Contacts Folder in your
Archive.pst and drag as many contacts as you like into it, thus archiving
them. You can drag a whole folder of Contacts into archive.pst if you want.

You can also drag email folders to the Archive.pst or drag individual emails
and place them in an email folder in the archive.pst file.
